My Experience Working as Young lady Veterinarian in Sarkari Atmosphere

Hiii.. Myself Dr. Sameeksha as you know it has been 3 year working in sarkari atmosphere as Veterinary Officer--- career that came through competitive exams, relentless hard work, and an honest desire to serve. Being at higher position I have to take responsibility and charge of everything... a path that’s seems to be rewarding, but not that easy. Being a leading officer I was ready for all the challenges coming my way from treatment, healing, surgeries of my patients along with all those endless paperwork..but I was unaware that real challenge here were the "People"
As you know in today's world, more women and young officers are entering government services, especially via competitive exams therefore top hierarchies are being challenged which is causing shift in  power dynamics in already set system.
Being in a position of authority at a young age, and more so as a woman, often feels like walking into rooms where you're expected to prove your title before it’s respected. You're entrusted with responsibilities, budgets, and lives — yet the biggest challenge isn’t always medical or administrative. Sometimes, it’s handling the attitudes of people who simply don’t want to listen because you’re younger… or because you’re a woman and I think this is faced by many women specially working at rural background..
From time to time age/ gender dominated society and patriarchy shows the mindset that respect is linked to age or years of service, not to position, merit, or responsibility that you hold.
We as women from time to time have to show our emotional stamina, patience, and a deep belief in your own authority because system somehow quietly tries to shake us..
If we don't say something we are labelled as "soft spoken" or "not a good leader to lead" and if we say against them than they level us as "arrogant", "rude" and "bossy".. We women officers have to live with double burdens in life, we are judged for how we dressup and look..like why???
Why a 25+ female can't be the leader???
I think this society should start excepting the change and government should encourage sensitive institutional training where work related issues should be talked about ...
In the end I just want to say that respecting your your female boss doesn't makes you small, it shows how much professional you are..

To all the young girls I want to say that you all should be proud of yourself and never let your self esteem down due to some unprofessional idiots, you should be gratified to see where you have reached at such a young age, that too with your hardwork and remember being a young woman in charge doesn’t makes you any less capable. In this changing world future is of girls, we are going to rule the world.. Always remind yourself that your presence matters, even when it makes some people uncomfortable.
So keep growing, start believing in yourself and show the world that yes you are the real leader.. Wear your designation with quiet confidence because you owe that with your hardwork.. Speak up — with authority and if required with aggression also..
And to those who still lives inside a well like frog..guys wake up this is 21st century, leadership is not about age or gender, update your mind book so you can walk with the ever changing world..leave your egos, attitudes, and old-school mindsets behind..
With this I want to end up my chitty chat..
I'm young and I'm born to rule the world

With this
See you all

Till then,
Yours friendly Vet
Dreamingvet♥️♥️
